At May 20 regular sitting moderated by Babken Tunyan, the RA NA Standing Committee on Economic Affairs debated the draft law on Making Addenda to the Law on Bankruptcy. The position of the government was not negative. The bill was endorsed for including it in the draft laws of the agendas of the session and the upcoming sittings.

The draft law on Amending the RA Law on the Programme of the State Property Privatisation for 2017-2020 was debated in the first reading. The Chairman of the State Property Management Committee of the RA Ministry of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Narek Babayan presented the draft law.  

During the debate, the Chair of the Standing Committee Babken Tunyan proposed the MPs to revise the draft law. The debate of the item was postponed for two months.

The MPs debated the draft law on Making Amendments and Addenda to the RA Law on Automobile Road and the package of the enclosed draft laws in the first reading.

During the debate, the Committee members pointed out a number of problems. Babken Tunyan proposed the MPs to postpone the debate of the legislative package for two months.

The draft law on Making Addenda to the Law on Making Addenda to the Law on Automobile Transport and the enclosed package of draft laws and on Making Addenda to the law on State Border with the same content authored by the NA deputies Artur Dallakyan, Artyom Tsarukyan, Artur Grigoryan were debated in the first reading.

The Committee members endorsed the package of the draft laws.

The Head of the Inspection Bodies’ Coordination Bureau of the Office of the RA Prime Minister Artur Asoyan presented the bill on Making Addenda to the law State Border. The Committee Chair proposed the MPs to postpone the debate of the item for revising it.

The draft laws n Making Addendum to the RA Tax Code authored by NA deputy Babken Tunyan, on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code authored by the NA deputy Gevorg Papoyan, on Making Addenda to the RA Tax Code by the Government were debated in the second reading and endorsed.

The debates of a number of draft laws were postponed by the authors’ proposal for two months.
